BioGraphene Appoints Yongseok Choi to New CEO

BioGraphene, Inc. today announced the appointment of Yongseok Choi to as CEO.

Mr. Choi has over 20 years of pharma/biotech experience which collectively demonstrated his ability to effectively manage and grow organizations across business development, strategy, alliance management, and business operations. Prior to BioGraphene, he was a Business Development and Strategy Director at Takeda Korea, where he was responsible for US$ 100M of Alliance business and led many local/regional business development deals. Before Takeda, he spent 10 years at AstraZeneca in various functions, including Program Director of Global BioVentures, Latin America BD manager of Strategic Partnering and Business Development, and Head of Strategic Planning and Business Development of AstraZeneca Korea. He started his career at Hanmi Pharmaceutical as a Business Development Manager.

He earned a M.S. in Environmental Engineering and a B.S. in Life Science from POSTECH.
